Warranty

We will repair or replace ANY defective parts or materials at no cost within 3 years of purchase! After 3 years, we will repair or replace any defective parts or materials, but the customer will have to pay for the replaced part(s).

Warranty Policies and Procedures

Contact us first at www.in360light.com/contact to let us know what part or material is defective. We will send an email with a UPS shipping label. PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling costs related to all warranty repairs. Any shipping fees related to the warranty must be paid prior to the light being shipped.

All returns should be in the original box or one that is the same size (14"x14"x18.5").
