Shipping
Frontier Lighting Technologies uses UPS and USPS for shipments within the continental US or Canada. Please allow 1-3 for processing and an additional 1-4 days for your package to arrive. Free UPS Ground Shipping in the Continental United States only.
Return Policy
We take pride in the products that we make and we want to make sure that you are 100% satisfied as well. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 15 days. Contact us immediately if you decide to return your purchase at info@in360light.com. For products purchased from our authorized dealers, their return policy applies.
Warranty
Frontier Lighting Technologies stands by our products and the quality workmanship that goes into them. Our customer’s satisfaction is our top priority, which is why we offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all of our products! We will repair or replace ANY defective parts or materials at no cost within 3 years of purchase! After 3 years, we will repair or replace any defective parts or materials, but the customer will have to pay for the replaced part(s).
Warranty Policies and Procedures
Contact us first at www.in360light.com/contact to let us know what part or material is defective. We will send an email with a UPS shipping label. PLEASE NOTE: Customers are responsible for all shipping & handling costs related to all warranty repairs. Any shipping fees related to the warranty must be paid prior to the light being shipped.
All returns should be in the original box or one that is the same size (14"x14"x18.5").
